Welcome to AMUK Media (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or engaging with our infrastructure builds, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

AMUK Media provides custom, project-based sales and lead infrastructure builds, integrations, and automation systems.

  • All scope of work, deliverables, and deployment timelines are defined in your individual project agreement or proposal.

  • Services are delivered on a flat-rate, project basis unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Client Ownership: Upon full payment for the build, you own all rights, titles, and interests to the custom workflows, assets, and configurations built directly within your owned software accounts.

  • AMUK Media IP: We retain ownership of our pre-existing proprietary tools, internal frameworks, custom code templates, and methodologies used during the build process.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure 14-day execution and system delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary third-party tools, platforms, CRMs, and administrative credentials.

  • Designate a primary point of contact for project communications and technical approvals.

  • Supply accurate operational data and prompt feedback. Delays in providing access or feedback will pause deployment timelines.

4. Payment Terms & Refunds

  • Fees: All project fees and payment schedules are agreed upon prior to project kickoff.

  • No Refunds: Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of infrastructure builds and system engineering, all payments made to AMUK Media are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Third-Party Software: You are solely responsible for ongoing subscription costs associated with your own third-party software stack (e.g., CRMs, hosting, automation tools, domain registrars).

5. Third-Party Platforms & Tools

Our infrastructure integrates with third-party applications and software providers (e.g., Twilio, Make, Zapier, HubSpot, GoHighLevel). AMUK Media is not responsible or liable for outages, API policy updates, service disruptions, or price modifications enforced by these external platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AMUK Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with our services or website.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to AMUK Media for the specific project in question.

7. No Guaranteed Results

While our systems are engineered to optimize speed-to-lead and eliminate operational bottlenecks, revenue outcomes depend on your team’s sales execution, lead quality, market conditions, and closing capabilities. AMUK Media does not guarantee specific lead counts, conversion rates, or sales figures.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement if the other party materially breaches these terms and fails to cure such breach within 7 days of written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding balances for work completed up to that date become immediately due and payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction of business operation, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website with an updated "Last updated" date.
